Design and ship the Solana programs behind OmegaX Protocol — plans, reserves, claims, payouts — with a strong bias toward safety, auditability, and verifiable outcomes.

About the role.
You will own the on-chain surface area of OmegaX Protocol on Solana. That means the programs that define plans, hold reserves, receive claim submissions, evaluate payouts, and settle with members and partners.
This is a founding engineering role. You will work directly with the founder on architecture, write production Solana programs, run reviews with outside auditors, and help decide what ships.
What you'll build
- Solana programs (Anchor or native Rust) for plan creation, reserve accounts, claim submission, and payout settlement.
- Deterministic claim adjudication logic with clear, testable rules and well-defined trust boundaries.
- Oracles and attested data paths for off-chain inputs such as pricing, eligibility, and event verification.
- Tooling and SDKs so the OmegaX app and partners can interact with the protocol safely.
- Upgrade, governance, and emergency-pause paths that are explicit and reviewable.
Who we're looking for
- Strong Rust, with production Solana program experience (Anchor or native). You have shipped and maintained on-chain code that people rely on.
- A careful, security-first mindset. You reason about reentrancy, signer checks, PDA invariants, rent, CPI trust, and upgrade authority without being prompted.
- Comfort with formal-ish thinking: invariants, state machines, property tests, fuzzers, simulation harnesses.
- Experience working with auditors, or running structured internal review.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a contract surface in plain English to a clinician or a legal reviewer.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior work on DeFi, insurance-like primitives, escrow, settlement, or oracle systems.
- TypeScript and Rust tooling skills to build developer experience around the programs.
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or regulated infrastructure.
