In ten years of practice, I watched the same thing every week — patients who knew exactly what to do, and somehow could not do it. The gap was not knowledge. It was a calendar, a bad night of sleep, a meeting that ran long, a Tuesday that ate the plan.
More information did not help. More apps did not help. Even great human coaches saw people once a week and lost them by Wednesday. The follow-through was the missing thing — not the advice.
You do not need another doctor. You need a team that is there at 2am, knows your week, and does not forget. Trained. Honest about what it is and what it is not. That is what I am building, and that is why I am asking you to try it.

In one line: The OmegaX app and Agent together: daily plan, voice, signals, reminders, record, and follow-up in one place.
Why it matters: Most health apps show data. OmegaX helps turn that data into the next useful action.
Core loop: It helps you see what matters today, ask by voice or chat, adjust your plan, and keep your health context together.
Follow-up: When life changes, the Agent can move the next step, remind you later, and keep the record updated.
Health platforms: Apple Health and Health Connect can bring in activity, sleep, HRV, heart rate, and supported wearable data.
Your control: Connect what is useful, keep the rest out, and disconnect sources when you want.
No: Not for diagnosis, treatment, or emergencies.
What it does: Daily support, behavior change, planning, reminders, and health context. It complements your clinical team; it does not replace them.
On web: Use Start Now to open OmegaX in the browser.
On devices: Use Download on mobile, or Download for macOS on a Mac desktop.
