You are reserving Founder access for the selected event cover or travel cover before launch. This is a place in the Founder cohort and a price hold, not active cover, not a policy certificate, and not a claims-paying promise today.

Refund before activation

Your Founder reservation is refundable before you activate cover. Refund handling uses the original reservation record and wallet information so the same wallet may be required to verify ownership.

• OmegaX does not charge a reservation, activation, or refund fee.
• Network, wallet, exchange, or third-party fees outside OmegaX control may still apply.

Payment asset and wallet approval

You approve the reservation payment from your Solana wallet. Stablecoin holds show the quoted amount immediately; volatile assets show the exact token amount in the wallet approval prepared by OmegaX.

• Use a wallet you can keep access to through launch, activation, refund, and support.
• Do not approve a wallet transaction unless the amount, asset, and selected cover match what you expect.

Activation and claims boundary

Claims open only after your cover is activated. Any future claim is subject to the final cover terms, evidence requirements, payout tiers, exclusions, timing, and review controls in force at activation.

• Founder reservations do not cover emergencies, incidents, or treatment before activation.
• Protect is not a replacement for clinicians, emergency services, or comprehensive travel insurance.

Reservation record and recovery

Your reservation is tied to the wallet, payment asset, campaign, referral data when present, and the unique reservation ID issued by OmegaX. Keep the confirmation and use the same wallet when checking status or activating later.

Privacy and contact consent

Wallet addresses, reservation metadata, invite or referral codes, and optional email updates are used to operate the Founder reservation flow, send activation updates when you ask for them, prevent abuse, and support launch activation under the OmegaX Privacy Policy.
