Privacy policy
This policy explains how OMEGAX HEALTH FZCO handles information when you visit this corporate website or submit a project inquiry. Please don’t include patient-identifiable information or other sensitive health information in the form.
Information we receive
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, project type, project summary, consent, and an abuse-verification result. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical request data, such as IP address, device information, requested URL, and timestamp, for security, reliability, and aggregate website measurement.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to assess and respond to your request, protect the form against abuse, deliver the message to our company inbox, and maintain the security and reliability of this website. We don’t sell inquiry information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Service providers
Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions serve the website and inquiry endpoint. Cloudflare Turnstile helps identify automated abuse. Resend delivers accepted inquiries to our inbox. These providers process information under their own terms and may process it in countries outside your own.
Storage and retention
The website doesn’t save form submissions to a database. Accepted inquiries are delivered by email and retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, and protect our legitimate interests. Application logs contain a request reference, timestamp, delivery status, and project type; they don’t intentionally contain names, email addresses, organizations, summaries, verification values, or request bodies.
Legal basis and choices
Where applicable, we process your inquiry with your consent and to take steps at your request before a possible engagement. We process limited security and operational data for our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
